30 minute FULL BODY STRETCH ROUTINE
Welcome to JENNY FIT START! This video will take you through a 30 minute full body stretch routine, in 3 different positions - standing, seated, and lying down. You can do all three portions or one (one would last 10 minutes). This video is designed to help improve your flexibility and range of motion, promote relaxation, and help decrease risk of injury.
This workout is for all ages, levels, and sizes, but designed for the active senior and beginner. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, CGCP - licensed Physical Therapist with over 32 years experience.
